I've had my Android phone for about a week. I charge it overnight (to 100%), yet after I unplug it, 6 hours later it will be at 0%. I haven't used it at all, and it was turned off, including sound. Any suggestions what to do/how to fix it? Much appreciated.

Go to the source where you obtained it and ask them to repair or replace it if it has truly been only a week.

There may be problem with hardware or any software. If you have any warranty or guaranty for the phone, just replace it now.
