We are quite cold here in Houston, also. It's 39 degrees out. It was 80 yesterday. By weekend it should be around seventy. When will this blasted winter end?

@Frank Apisa,
You will have your revenge when it breaks a hundred here - repeatedly, most likely.

Edgar...I'll remember that when I hear about some of the temps you guys have to endure during the summer. Right now, however, I remain envious.

Tsar...great pic. Not as much snow as we have...but great pic nonetheless.

Neo...it is pretty...but I am up to here with winter. I want some decent weather...and a golf course where golf can be played rather than being used for sledding.

@ehBeth,
Wow, Beth...I had forgotten all about the fact that I had posted pictures from last year. Thanks for the reminder.

No matter how bad it gets this year...it will NEVER get as bad as last year. We were really hit hard in 2014.

@izzythepush,
Izzy...cannot wait for the first crocus. It will come...and the daffodils and forsythia will not be far behind.

Great picture.

@George,
Is that a polar bear I see in your back yard?

@Frank Apisa,
It's a stock picture. Unfortunately the crocus in my back garden just got trodden underfoot earlier today, when my mate and I put the fence back up that had blown down in January. It did look like the ones in the picture, not any more though.
