@Lustig Andrei,
Hmm...
Well I'm not from New England, although I did live in the region on and off for several years which would account for my familiarity with many of the items listed.

Strangest item on there which I did was having a lengthy conversation with someone who dialed me in error. It was 5 a.m. in the morning and for some reason we just started talking.

Did I mention I was living in New York City at the time?

Later on we got together, had dinner and talked some more.

@Lordyaswas,
We have the exact same thing, lordy, and gin & tonic is a popular summertime drink. As George has pointed out, the usage of 'tonic' to denote any carbonated soft drink lingers only among the old-timers (it was commonplace when I was growing up, however .)

Oct,27,2004.

OK, I must be brain-dead. The date means absolutely nothing to me.

He was a hockey player who co-founded a chain of coffee & doughnut shops.
He died in an automobile accident.

@Lustig Andrei,
Born in New England. Everything said is correct. Also when I moved away and asked for a tonic , I was looked at like I had three heads. Wicked came into being after I left. But everything is wicked in New England.

@Lustig Andrei,
Oh BTW I now live in the South. Boy do they think they are better than everyone else. I love the friendly people in New England. I agree about the Home Depot note, here it would be hard to get a Home Depot worker to talk to you. Not as friendly as they think they are.
