Big toe on right foot is red, swollen and secretes puss + blood from the nail bed.
Note: the red swollen part is all around my nail, not a specific side.
It hurts like all hell (is aching), dunno how it's happened and I've been on really strong antibiotics for the last week and the only change is that it's hurting/secreting puss and blood a lot more.

Go to your doctor. You may have an infected nail bed or an ingrown toenail, or any number of other things.

It seems very painful. Go to your doctor and take a control.
