Under the law, companies need to provide health insurance if they have a certain # of people on their payroll. My company started paying half it's employees in cash to avoid this. How do I avoid being fined? Under the law, the company is supposed to provide it. I shouldn't be required to have my own plan since they are breaking the law. Please advise.

@Flurred,
Report the company to your state's attorney general's office and/or the labor relations board.

@Butrflynet,
Is there anyway I'll have to put in personal info? I don't want them to know it was me who filed the report.

@Flurred,
Look on your state's government website and see if there are any anonymous tip lines. If not, send them a typewritten letter with all the details and no personally identifying info. Suggest they look into it.
