No all presidents don't. For there to have been something that met the legal standard, trump and putin would have had to conspire and reach a secret understanding. Trump invented a new way to do it. He very publicly invited putin to meddle, and Putin did. Same result. GTrump went back to the tired and true secret conspiracy with Ukraine, and he got caught and of course tried to deny the clear facts as he always does. He's guilty as charged.
that is kinda the name of the game. increase the percentage. increase it enough and you win.

Putin's meddling has nothing to do with any imagined offers from Mr. Trump.

Being guilty of something that is not a crime is the same thing as being innocent.
Have you not figured it out yet, he will never provide proof of what he says, he can't even take the time to use spell checker on his cell phone, let along use it to go and find links he could post to prove his claims.
Their only intention is to run you around in circles with double talk and no proof.
