The Russian, Ukrainian and Albanian gangs fly in, set up house and recruit unsuspecting women overseas with promises of nursing jobs or some other legitimate form of employment, the gangs even pay their victims airfare....once the women arrive they find themselves chained to a mattress in some hell hole drugged, starved and systematically raped and degraded to line the pockets of thugs.
