However, you said that a presidents actions are legal if a majority of the voters says they are legal by electing him, and that is what I am questioning.

Census? There is approximately 735,632 citizens in each district. There are 25287 aliens approximately 1/2 of which are children who couldent vote anyway in each district. So if you can do the math it would be 735,632 U S citizens divided into 12643 which would be 0.01718726. Considering that only 50% take advantage of their right to vote even if all the aliens took advantage of voting it wouldent mean shyt. Another bull shyt post by you that dosent mean shyt like most conservative (thinkers?).

It isn't about the voting, it is about assigning House Representatives to districts. Why are you so hung up on the voting aspect of this. Rev has polluted your mind with something I wasn't even talking about. Once again your silly math proves nothing unless you can guarantee that all the illegal immigrants are equally spread across the US. Since they are not, we have states getting an extra # of Representatives that are not required since a portion of those Reps districts were based on the census #'s that included non-citizens.
