And how do you think scientific discoveries are made then? Please. A lot of science is hinged on forming a theory, a prediction if you will on how certain elements having to do with their field of study will interact with one another/the world at large, and then try to prove said theory.
And we extrapolate the hell out of almost every incomplete set of data we encounter in day to day life. And you make predictions based on those extrapolations too. Or else how do you suppose people form friendships/relationships with one another?
Furthermore, you personally seem to have no problems to extrapolate behavioral patterns for all muslims based on the actions of the few, but scientists can't?
