No, not necessarily. "Policies" are not laws. There may be a policy that you have to print documents two-sided, if someone doesn't do that it doesn't mean they're breaking the law. They're not following policy.

Can you tell me what statute she broke? What specific law she broke?

Do you not see where she did things wrong? Was she allowed to have a server? No. Did she ask if she could have the server? No, despite it was a written in 2005 that she couldn't. I find it funny that you think she didn't do anything wrong at all, you have your head in the sand.

Yea, that is why she got over 4 million more in the popular vote... Crappy campaign... (cynical) Note worthy Snood how you like to repeat those who blame her campaign and not the press, Russian meddling and the all out corruption in regards to the gerrymandering of the states. And yes Jill and Bernie did hurt Hillary's chances tremendously... Says lot about your own uninformed state of mind considering it is mostly blacks who lose district votes due to gerrymandering. Maybe you might think a bit more before opining next time and throwing Hillary under the bus. You do yourself a disservice.
