@cicerone imposter,
Bernie does seem to be a liar if not a serial liar.

I would hate to have to vote for him if he wins the nomination.

Hillary 2016 (what would we do without her?)

NORTH CAROLINA: WOMAN KICKED OUT OF LADIES’ BATHROOM BY POLICE AFTER BEING MISTAKEN FOR TRANSGENDER

@TheCobbler,
My take on transgendered bathrooms is use the bathroom you yourself sexually identify with.

A third bathroom may be provided but no law should prohibit where you go.

All bathrooms should have stalls with doors or a lock.

And most kids should be if possible accompanied by an adult which is common sense.

Lucky woman has a 10 million dollar case against all of them. I'd even sue the crowd.

@TheCobbler,
I agree with all of that. Now if we just get folks in congress to use their common sense instead of going after the headlines for votes.

@revelette2,
Putting the words "common sense" and "congress" in the same sentence is an oxymoron.

@TheCobbler,
I have been misguided, re the thread title. I take it Cobbler was all about liking
Clinton.

Poor form, re the title, and a lot of assholeness going on, if you happened to be open to a variety of play.

@TheCobbler,
This is from 2013, and they knew it back then about the broken congress.

Since the subject of transgender and bathrooms was brought up on this thread, I thought this could be posted here.

Federal appeals court sides with transgender teen, says bathroom case can go forward

Quote:
A federal appeals court in Richmond has sided with a transgender high school student, saying that he can proceed with his lawsuit arguing that his school board’s decision to ban him from the boys’ bathroom is discriminatory.

In backing high school junior Gavin Grimm, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit deferred to the U.S. Education Department’s interpretation of policies that give transgender students access to the bathrooms that match their gender identities rather than their biological sex. The federal department has said that denying transgender students access to the school bathrooms of their choice is a violation of Title IX, which prohibits gender discrimination at schools that receive federal funding.

“It’s a complete vindication for the education department’s interpretation of Title IX,” said Joshua Block, an attorney with the American Civil Liberties Union who represents Grimm.

@revelette2,
Is there any worse place for a voyeur to see anything sexy in a public bathroom?

In the sixties girls used men's rooms at concert venues because back then there never were enough stools. Do not remember any sort of problem then. I believe the need to be so gestapo on restrooms and gender says more about the governor than the governed.

@bobsal u1553115,
We have the same problem in my little church, only one bathroom each. Needless to say, the ladies is way busier. Every now and then, someone braves the men's bathroom. It is an improvement, back when I was little, we still used outhouses.
