Nation’s Doctors Praying for Dr. Oz to Win and Quit Medicine

“I salivate at the thought of Dr. Oz talking about taxes, infrastructure, and foreign policy instead of the healing powers of magic coffee beans,” one physician said.

Borowitz is the only worthy successor to Art Buchwald.

@izzythepush,
I never, ever carried the Orange Shitgibbon's water and I never ever will. What he did in Syria, Iraq imminently qualifies him him for the deeper stretches of hell.

cobbler maybe came to the vineyard late. I don't hold it against him: he's here now. I have no idea who he knows socially. I've never heard anything racist or bigoted from him regarding Kurdis or anyone else.

I am trying to put oil on the water between two people I think highly of, and to demonstrate the US is not and was not only President Shitgibbon.

The way you know Republicans *really* care about the baby formula shortage is that 192 Republicans just voted against funding to address the baby formula shortage.

I'm not the one who needs telling.

As I said to Cobbler the Middle East is a part of the World that still remembers the crusades.

They're not going to appreciate the difference between Biden and Trump.

I'm not talking about lindividuals like the Saudi Crown Prince who I imagine is painfully aware of the distinction, I'm ralking about ordinary people in the ME.

It's not just America's reputation Trump shat over, it's the West's too.

@izzythepush,
If the issue is about the mother of all Kurdi heartbreaks, it started long before even Pres Shitgibbon. I vaguely remember two European nations after WWI carving up the Ottoman Empire into "nations" (where there had been Turkish Empire for over five hundred years), dividing Kurdistan between an artificial Syria and Iraq, and Turkey. I vaguely remember them also coming up with the Balfour agreement. So there were mistakes made and embroidered on since.

I don't slam those who were euchred into the dark, I celebrate those who smelled the goods finally and turned on the lights.

I was pro death penalty, pro nuke (weapons and power), anti gun control in any form, anti gay marriage, pro war in Viet Nam at one time. All those rocks have rolled over. I voted for Nixon in his first term, I voted for Reagan's re-election. I campaigned for Goldwater, as did Hillary Clinton.

We evolve (some of us). Rex and I have evolved, too.

@bobsal u1553115,
You are stillthinking like an Ametican.

It's not about the relative **** ups in the ME by Western powers, it's about how the West, Christendom, has exploited the ME.

Trump's betrayal is only the latest example of that.

@bobsal u1553115,
Some things I did not have to evolve on. 😁

I just did not realize I was drinking tea with the enemy. lol

I'd move to Mexico before ever becoming a republican again.

@izzythepush,
Brexit is a betrayal from your side of the pond.

Perhaps you need to fix that before painting your wide brush elsewhere else?

@TheCobbler,
On another thread you said you used to be like Bulmabriefs.

You still are, like him you'd rather be right than learn anything.

As it is you both remain ignorant and wrong.

@izzythepush,
The right wing nationalists are still running your country...

Abandoning the Kurds was never put up for a vote here in "America" (or the US) but Brexit was voted on in your country.

I won't be talked down to.

You insinuate that Trump abandoning the Kurds is my fault while well over half of the US and myself opposed Trump. Trump never won any popular vote in "America" and besides a few people in Cuba, Venezuela and Brazil, "America" hates Trump... Canada, Mexico the list goes on...

Well, Brexit is your fault even if you were against it. I guess the same thing applies, guilt by association. (tell that to your Kurd friend too.) If they can't speak English well enough your country will send them back with a one way ticket to Iraq. (How many Kurds has Brexit abandoned?)

You country only accepts skilled workers who are fluent speakers of English, that pretty much leaves the rest of the EU to take up the slack.

It seems you are okay with Brexit but I and most of America are not and were not okay with anything Trump did.

And you are not teaching, you are ramming your propaganda down my throat and, I am not biting.
