The popular vote is irrelevant. You may as well be talking about who received the most campaign contributions or something.

The number of campaign contributions that a candidate receives does not determine who wins an election. And neither does the popular vote in a presidential race.

Why, are the Democrats plotting to overthrow our democracy or something?

To tell you the truth, I wouldn't put it past them. The party is infested with progressives.

What would outlawing the Democratic Party even do?

If the Democratic Leaders are arrested under this imaginary law, there are still other members willing to lead a new political party. There is still "The Squad" of Democratic congresswomen that have influence in the Party, for example.

And who would be charged? Pelosi? Biden? All of the Democratic governors like Cuomo and Murphy? The Democratic mayors? And what about those that change parties, like Bloomberg, Sanders, and Jeff Van Drew?

So, what is the point then if no one is arrested or even impeached?

The Democratic Party would still exist, business as usual, just with a different name, different color, and a different animal mascot.

So if this law is passed today, Trump would still have to deal with legal issues in the state of New York under Governor Cuomo, who would still be in office.

Because Democrats will be in the White House. You’ve got to admit it would at least be easier to outlaw a party who doesn’t have a sitting president.

I'm hoping that they won't still exist business as usual, and that whatever replaces them will not be so eager to abuse their power all the time.

If the left continues to commit abuses of power even after the Democratic Party is outlawed, then more drastic steps will be called for.

Basically, you just want to ban the name Democratic Party, but you don't want to charge its leaders for their abuses of power?

All of their members will just collectively change to a different name and still serve in the government. I don't see how outlawing the Party would prevent Governor Cuomo, and every other Democratic official, from serving the rest of their term.

Why is everyone ignoring the fact that a man, the top in the field of cyber security and fraud detection is saying the election was stolen? Do you realize this man can prove it?

Where is the MSM? Americans should have this information. Is it because they cannot discredit him? It must be. Trump will let the world know tonight.

It is in a lawsuit and that is what matters. It is a signed affidavit. Nothing will change that fact no matter who covers it. There is no denying the fact it is true. He can prove the election was stolen.

It will come out one way or the other.

What judge is going to dismiss an affidavit this important from the top person in the field? Especially with all the evidence that these machines are subject to all kinds of illegal manipulation. Remember, top Democrats complained about them. Don't Cry Joe.
