Ok, I deserved that. I am guilty too. Doesn't stop me from at least wishing we could dredge the discussion up out of the "I know you are, but what am I" zone.

The problem is that we cant get out of the " this is the way reality is because I say it is" zone. But why tell the truth if you think you might be able to slide the bullshit by.

Right Snood?

I'm torn. I don't know if you should quit drinking or double your consumption.

Be honest. Do you even remember writing that crap?

Yes, I remember making this pungent observation.

Any more questions? I am available if you need anything else sorted out.

@bobsal u1553115,
Are you ready to move along with the treat topic yet? I know that we are at A2K, home of the personal attack specialists, but as Bill pointed out in another thread in the last hour it has been especially out of hand recently. There is a whole group of people here who should be ashamed of themselves, and that group does not include me.

@hawkeye10,
You're the one to get all preachy and stuff. Will you start proving your half-baked rantings and produce links?

@hawkeye10,
One kernal of corn in a whole pile of manure and you're bragging about it? A whole once in twenty minutes? Must have been by accident.

The WaPo link? You documented a position not in dispute.

The WaPO link tells the story by including a whole lot of additional facts, it attempts to provide context, and it makes at least some attempt to be balanced. It very much refutes the narrative that you were trying to spin. Being unfair and biased is a form of intellectual dishonesty, but I am sure that such concepts are many grade levels above the level of education where you operate at.

@TheCobbler,
I'm sure there are a lot of people who could be politicians if there wasn't any opposition to them.

Nope, I have never wanted to be a politician. I happen to like the honest work I do in helping companies keep their email and customer databases running and available.

Christie Gets Kicked Off Of Amtrak's Quiet Car For Being Too Loud

Republican presidential candidate and New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie was reportedly kicked off of the quiet car on an Amtrak train from DC to New York for being too loud, Gawker reported Sunday.

A passenger on the train, Alexander Mann, told Gawker that Christie got on the train "last minute" and started yelling at his bodyguards. He then started making phone calls and had "intense" conversations, Mann reportedly said.

Christie said into his phone, "this is frickin' ridiculous" and "seriously?! seriously?!" according to Mann.

Christie was also drinking a McDonald's strawberry smoothie, Mann said, according to the report.

The Amtrak's quiet car prohibits cell phone use and loud noise of any kind.

After about 10 minutes, Christie was asked to leave the quiet car, Mann was quoted as saying.

Samantha Smith, a spokeswoman for Christie's campaign, told NJ Advance Media that the governor accidentally took a seat in the quiet car.

"After breaking the cardinal rule of the quiet car, the governor promptly left once he realized the serious nature of his mistake and enjoyed the rest of his time on the train from the cafe car," she said, according to the report. "Sincere apologies to all the patrons of the quiet car that were offended."
