Then why don't you write a searing article to rebut Max Blumenthal's claim that Trump is to blame for trying to beguile Americans into believing the virus was originally produced by some Chinese scientists living in Wuhan.

The idea that the release of this virus was an accident at a research laboratory is not nearly as bad as the alternative, which is that China openly allows illegal markets for people to trade in the meat of endangered species, and the virus made the jump to humans from one of those endangered animals.

What do you live for? For Trump? For the illusion of creating a new world in which gun-toting right-wingers showboat their machismo by gunning cockroaches down. Huh?

Americans are free people. The Second Amendment protects our right to keep and bear arms.

If you want to impose unnecessary gun laws on people, there are plenty of serfs outside the US who are happy to suffer that sort of abuse.

Sorry my comment rattled you. I keep forgetting how sensitive people who constantly run other people down really are.

@MontereyJack,
Don't forget about Judas Iscariot. And like Trump he threw away hid 30 pieces of gold.

Any other Biblical bad guys you want to play around with for the sake of anti-Trumpism?

Just don't forget everything you do to Trump is going to happen to the next Democrat in the White House. Look already what's happening with Biden just for the sake of proving that #believewomen was/is politically biased.

Just like everything that happened to Obama is happening to Trump right now?

Reboot your head.

I wasn't teed off by that comment. I just thought that it's imbecility for people to vouch for a crackpot leader like Trump and his underlings, given that their personal biases simply impair their judgments when they make decisions.

@oralloy,
The Second Amendment doesn't say it's acceptable for feral rotters and snowflakes with fascist tendencies to kill students on campus with their guns.

That's the reason why murder remains a crime and the courts don't strike down laws against it.

@oralloy,
Living in a free world doesn't mean you can do anything that's not legal. The thinking goes, no American raises an eyebrow at the suggestion that the powers of the presidency need to be curbed. And most Americans are also receptive to the view that journalists and intellectuals are allowed to oppugn mob rule and inform the public the dangers of local bigotries and national impulses with their articles and books, although they still have dissenting opinions on many issues.

No American wants to live in an Orwellian world where groupthink or collective thinking takes precedence over critical thinking.

@oralloy,
The most execrable thing about Trump's administration is his repeated wanton attacks on the idea that a president like him can not be questioned. He simply calls it fake news when journalists try to rectify government wrongs.

I don't want to dwell on it because I'm not a Republican Congress man who has sabre-rattling friends that take home a fistful of money from making weapons.

You know Helen Thomas? She would have told you that a journalist has the duty to unearth all the scandals related to a president like Trump. That's what Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein did.
