Kind of a "because I can" moment, I guess. Try this kind of scrutiny on Blatham.

But why make the statement "It wasn't just republicans", if no one was saying it was just republicans?

Wasn't Cobbler trying to make it all about Republicans, and wasn't Coldjoint responding to that?

I'm not sure what the big deal is anyway. It's not like no one knew that the pandemic would disrupt the economy.

@Region Philbis,
Stimulus isn't socialism, you are one of those liars trying to push a false narrative.

It's certainly not part of 'Communism' (what you usually name 'Socialism').
But throughout history, mainly Socialist and Social-Democrat government have use it.

Since this means, I'm a liar trying to push a false narrative - just out of interest: do you think, European Socialists and Social-Democrats don't count?

I know the difference between socialism and communism, I also understand one is the next step of the other.

They have used what, stimulus packages?

@Region Philbis,
When the Dems are using this as a vehicle to get their political wish list's passed, they should be rightly blocked, and then they are indeed blocking legislation.

Via senior GOP aide, Schumer/Pelosi now pushing these demands amid pandemic-fueled economic collapse:

1) Unprecedented collective bargaining powers for unions
2) Increased fuel emissions standards for airlines
3) Expansion of wind and solar tax credits

Democrats want these 3 unrelated things. It amounts to political blackmail. They are holding up the bill to get things that would never pass.

Step down, perhaps, if you mean that. (In the last third of the 19th century, social democratic parties in Europe were drawing from Marxism ["communism"]).

Yes - national economic stimulus programs designed and set up in response to economic crises.

Communism is the next step from Socialism... neither one is compatible with our US Constitution.

Capitalism is not in the US Constitution..

Whatever form of government and commerce that insure the greatest amount of domestic tranquility is what is best.

This usually implies that a mix of regulated social modalities is most expedient.

The problem is that republicans don't believe in "capitalism" or any other honorable form of commerce... Thieves don't have a code of ethics.

Republicans believe in getting filthy stinking rich through smoke screens, political grandstanding and rhetorical innuendo... selling out whoever they choose as long sit it benefits their greedy bottom line. They grievously step on others on their way to the top and then proclaim they are "self-made", ignoring and neglecting to a flaw all those who made their success possible. They vote for their same ilk like birds of a feather.

Everyone else can starve to death as long as they get their more than privileged share.

Republicans use whatever social mantra satiates their greed the most, a strategy which depends largely upon deception and fake gestures of sincerity. (Like protecting gun rights... but only if they are profiting from the sales...)
They will sell out family, friend and ally to our foes as long as they are compensated with their 30 gold pieces.

They feel cheated so they cheat others. They do not stop to consider that the reason why they feel cheated is because they are good for nothing, worthless slime bags.

This describes most republicans today and, if they do not like being labeled in this way well it is up to them to change their shitty, self-centered, arrogant and delusional behavior...

@coldjoint,
Wrong answer:
Why the republican king sets the precedent, corrupt judges, greedy corporations and bought-off republican senators...
...and we the people just keep giving our tax dollars to these thieves.

Correct answer:
(according to the US Constitution) We the people set the precedent.
