While referring to a dictionary to see what 'bootleg friend' is,
I happened to see the sentences given there.

Jim: Why do you chill with Eric? I hear he snitched on Kenny. Plus he's kind of a dick to your sister.

Greg: Because he can get me alcohol. He's pretty stupid so he doesn't know I hang with him just to get me drinks. He's just a bootleg friend.

I could see what a bootlef friend is, but ran into another puzzling expression : a dick to your sister.

Dick is commonly known, to the best of my knowledge, as the male genitals, penis.

However, the term in the sentence might mean something different, I assume.
Otherwise, it would sound really weird.

He is a penis to your sister.

What the heck would that mean?

I kept looking in the dictionary to find out what 'dick' here implies in vain.
Most of it, as I expected, was about the male genital.

In this context, "being a dick" would mean "being a jerk".

You see a lot of that.

In Yiddish, and so in the USA, a schmuck is a jerk is a dick.
But in German, a Schmuck is a jewel and so was used ironically for the male member (and we talk ironically of the "crown jewels" as meaning the same thing) and so it goes.

Thanks. So, if someone is a dick to my sister, she wouldn't like him at all as he is an irritating person to her, I guess.

It was an autocorrect mistake. I should have been clod but my Kindle tablet had changed it to cloud. I missed that autocorrect change and couldn't edit the post after the fact.
