I have lean hands as well average legs. My height is 172 cms and my weight is 68 Kgs. But still i have big belly with waist size 38 inches. Can the experts help me with their suggestions for this abnormality and how to deal to reduce the belly. Thanks in advance.
Male? Female? Age? Diet? Thyroid issues? Other diseases? Amount of exercise?
Unhealthy on all counts; seek info on this problem - and seek help. BTW, it's been proven that diets do not work.
Last year I cut my beer down to six pints a day and I still have a belly.
Fat that we consume settles in our different part of body and in your case it is in your belly. I think simple solution for this would be right diet and De-stress yourself. Do some exercises.
