Last night I threw up a dark dark brown substance, having stomach pains today, and I have acid reflux terrible today what could this be a symptom of?

It is a symptom of someone with a medical issue that should be addressed by a medical professional.
Please call your doctor's office and give them your symptoms and any associated background. Let them decide if you should be seen by the doctor.
