She is my colleague, now i am working in different company. we both like each other. I txt her birthday wish in whatsapp, she see my txt but never reply. Next day almost 12pm midnite i got a reply Thanks with smiley. why she took so much time to reply for one message. Please advise me. What she trying to do?

Maybe her phone died, maybe she doesn't check her text messages every day, maybe she received 100 text messages for her birthday and it took her a while to get back to them all.
How the hell would we know? ask her and you'll get your answer
