When I see a guy who I'm attracted too, I just run up to him and tear his cloths off and that's always worked for me.
I might just try this eye contact thing though.

Flirting while driving can be lots of fun. Make eye contact with the cute guy in the car next to you, then put the straw from your Micky D's soda cup to your lips and suck on it seductively. It's a good way to pass the time at red lights.
