A: I think Sarah has had plastic surgery.
B: Yes. She definitely is not a natural beauty.
A: I think she had eyelid surgery.
B: I think she has also done some Botox.
A: I think she has had too much work done.

----------
about "A: I think Sarah has had plastic surgery."

A man insist that the present perfect tense in the first sentence is used for 'experience' in the uses of present perfect tense.

But I insist it is used for A finished action with a result in the present (focus on result)

like the following Ex.)

I've lost my keys (so I can't get into my house).
She's hurt her leg (so she can't play tennis today).
They've missed the bus (so they will be late).
I've cooked dinner (so you should come and eat).

So I think like the following.

"I think She has had plastic surgery"(so She doesn't look like a natural beauty).

Who is correct ??? Please answer me~

You are correct. She has had plastic surgery; he has had a pay rise; I have had three wives; you have had many jobs. Finished actions with results in the present, e.g.: she has a false appearance; he has more money to spend; I have thrice-married status; you have a varied job history.

@Wild Camomile,
As a UK English speaker I agree that A is correct.
(The use of the word "done" in the second B is not appropriate since this is usually used in the slang expression "doing drugs" where the recipient is doing the action. I assume Botox is not self administered)

@fresco,
Thanks a lot for your pointing out the error with the sharp sense.
It helped pointing out the error

By the way,
Someone(I don't know him) and I have been debating hotly on the dialogue.
Then,

he insist that the present perfect tense in the first sentence is used for 'Life Experience' in the uses of present perfect tense.

~~~~~~~~~
So I think like the following.
"A: I think She has had plastic surgery"(so I think She doesn't look like a natural beauty in my eyes).
of course, I think the sentence is used to present 'Experience(plastic surgery)' too. But I think the focus is not on the experience.
I assume The focus of the context is on 'Result' as "A finished action with a result in the present"
"I think Sarah has had plastic surgery"
Who is correct between he and me, debating on The dialogue?
(To. All people to answer) Only native english speakers please.
