Yikes. We've had a bomb threat. They're pretty sure it's a prank, the building has been evacuated and scoured, nothing found, "nonessential" employees allowed to go home early. Rumors circulating about a certain disgruntled ex-employee.
Bleah. A drink is in order.
Oh! That's scary Zane. I hope everything is all right.
Today, I'm dressed as black as my soul
Yeah, everything's fine, just a scare.
How black is your soul anyway?
red sleep pants
pooh bear jammie top
red mary jane clogs
looking at this
tempting
I've been wanting one of these sets. Summer weddings/harbour cruises ...
back from a walk on the beach with the dogs
very muted leopard print drawstring pants
white t with fishnet belled sleeves
black quilted vest
black clogs
wore my big beige windbreaker thingie at the beach
big blown-up blonde hair right now
there was quite a stiff breeze down there
Like the one on the right beth.
Very soft, grey, dress pants
Ironed, sleeveless white blouse, hip length, a little boxy but centre darts
Grey pinstrip tailored jacket, collar out
Double strand pearls.
This could be a sexy outfit with *big girl* shoes, but I'm wearing the favoured black loafers.
I don't own any big girl shoes.
O.k. One pair. They're green. They look like little green witch shoes, but I didn't realize that until my beer buddy next-door neighbour tactlessly blurted it out as I was leaving for an event. I mean, I did notice unconsciously I think, when I bought them in desperation the day before. Long and tapering...but kinda squared at the tip.
Little, green, witch shoes.
Haha.
Sigh.
I need shoes.
They're the same outfit, JoeB (the one on the right is under the one on the left - sort of a three in one outfit)
You and I NEED to do Spadina for shoes. Fun, summer shoes.
I was a stunning vision in black most of the day. Black pants, black shadow stripe t (thank goodness i didn't have a bright bra on today), black hooded cardi, black quilted vest, black socks, different black clogs, black over the shoulder bag, black knapsack, very dark sunglasses. When it got above freezing in the office, I took off the hoodie and vest, and found this thing in my desk. Sort of a faux sweater over the shoulders thing in orange with rust/orange/gold beading at the back.
Drawstring pants, but those are coming off in a minute.
I wore a skirt!
This is news, trust me. Jeans all damn winter. Today a cotton skirt and sandals. I just love the hell out of spring/ summer. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....
night Zane...
I'm in light green PJs and a big cotton robe.
I'm wearing one of several t-shirts I picked up at a Walgreens in Huntsville, Alabama. This one says "Outer Space" and has a picture of a space shuttle on it.
But my favorites from the same store are one that says, "Grandmothers are Special," and another that says "Too Blessed to be Stressed" with a big smiley face on it. I wear these with a bastard sense of irony.
None of these, however, can hang with my "I Love Mormon Girls T-shirt."
Ah, t-shirts, you're all great.
Gargamel, (Chuckling) I like 'em.
No, really, who "chuckles? I chuckled. I gotta stop that.
Beth, I saw that the pant was the same - missed that it was all part of the same outfit. The ensemble on the right seems ideal for dressier events.
Who says ensemble? It's almost as bad as okey dokey. I said that recently, too.
I want to go shopping on Spadina Avenue!
You're back in May? Lets plan it.
Oooohhhh. Shoe shopping. Maybe purses, too.
Yeaaaaaa!
Soz, just saw your "skirt" posting - yippee. We're still a few weeks away from that...but I'm happy just anticipating the feeling - spring is in the air!
Black pants,
Black sweater,
Taupe jacket.
Stoopid loafers.
