I fiannly bowed to the demands of my wardrobe and got 4 new suits and 8 new ties Sad

So today I am wearing a brand new dark blue suit with pin stripes, a dark blue tie with white flowers and a mauve shirt, black brouges...

The suit is tailored, single breasted (with working sleeves) and this time I got an inscription (instead of a tailor label) - Specially made for <my name> inside the jacket :p

I've never understood the purpose of sleeve buttons. Do people actually unbutton them and roll up the sleeves?

Non-working buttons seem kind of like tonsils on a jacket. I'm a button-snipper-off-er. Also a cutter-off-er of general clothing dangly bits.

Black pants. Black silk cami. Black 3/4 sleeve cardigan with tiny pink faux bows that are in danger of being snipped Evil or Very Mad

. Black satin Mary Jane pumps with rhinestone buckles. Black socks with tiny pink flowers. A day for tasteful accessories. Plain gold ring, bracelet, earrings with tiny danglies. Forgot my watch.
