I think I will Soz, I am liking the idea of an extra layer over tanks for when the chill wind picks up.

Those tanks would have been good to keep for gardening! Or maybe even PJs.

Your new tops sound beautiful littlek! No excuses, just wear them because you know they make you feel so good!

I'm with you and soz...I'd be lost without my tanks. I sleep in some, dress up in others, wear some just for bumming around the house. My tanks are actually more of a wardrobe staple than my bras are methinks!

Have you got local strawberries yet, Synonymph?

Not yet. I'd love to grow them in my yard (or better yet, raspberries) but the rabbits, raccoons and possums would enjoy them too much.

Those sound really cute, lilK.

Sozobe, I have several ribbed tank tops from Old Navy. Inexpensive, durable, and lots of color choices.

I'm wearing one of my two tanks!

The white one. And a full knee-length cotton skirt, dark brown with a beige-y/ tan big ol' flower print on it.

Yep, Old Navy was going to be my destination. I think Eddie Bauer outlet first, to see if I can get some insanely cheap ones, then Old Navy if not.

(don't forget to check out Meijer's, soz. I'm always startled by what neat things I can find on their sale racks)

Wear the linen, l'k. It's the most scrumptious fabric, and those colours sound amazing.

Tanks. Love 'em. I've been wearing some silk tanks lately that I snagged from the Liz Claiborne outlet. Soooooooo delicious feeling.

Light blue shirt with sleeves rolled up, light blue-medium turquoise-brown paisley tie, brown pants. The air conditioning fluctuates in this part of the building. Never a middle ground.

Yesterday I wore cufflinks.

Zane, you are by definition, class. Smile

ehbeth, you must have looked beautiful at the wedding! The picture was gorgeous.

I love Old Navy for the color selections and the price is always right. Does anyone know if there are ANY factory outlet stores in the Oklahoma City area? I was completely spoiled by those in California.

Today I am bumming...black shorts, white medium knit long sleeve pullover and white socks. I'm cold and it's raining but don't want to give in to long pants since it IS almost summer by definition! Smile Needless to say, I am staying in today.

edit: even spellcheck can't catch 'em all!

Saturday afternoon outfit: old jeans, t-shirt bought at a Hooters concert years ago. Will soon change into nice, low-cut pale pink t-shirt and new jeans to go out for dinner. But what shoes to wear? It's not really warm out there. But socks, no, no socks in June! Only with western boots. So I might be wearing boots since my feet are freezing ;-)

you always look good in a hat (especially a Stetson hat) to go with your boots.

Low slung army green khaki skirt, buttons up the front. I won't wear low slung pants, but I like the skirts. Black spaghetti strap rayon-blend knit camisole thing, bronze sandals, silver chain with 2 charms: a moon and a sundial.

oh. my. god. Pictures, please? (what can I say, CJ went and left...)

--Solid black button down shirt, dark green pants, black patent leather shoes. Boxer underwear with paisely print.

Would we match? Clothing that is. As in for lunch or glass of wine, etc.

Black and dark green, I love that combination. We might not match, but how could we be anything but complementary?

Agreed. Complementary is nice.

Yin-yang, sort of.

And wouldn't your camouflage top match my dark green & black? Same colors, no?

But I'm not an expert. I realize that sometimes different shades of same colors can clash more than two totally different colors.

But clashing can be kind of thrilling too. Then you have to make up and all that. My socks are black, by the way.

You didn't say what color your hair & eyes are? Like the avatar?

I'm wearing this:

http://secure.www.oldnavy.com/assets/product/Main/ona292240-01P1.jpg

And a brown t-shirt.

(Went to Old Navy for some tanks and this called out to me; "I'm the only one in this color left and I'm your size! AND I'm on sale! Come grab me before someone else does!!" Turns out it was lying, about the sale part anyway [fits perfectly], misleading signage. But I'd already gotten attached.)

awww, you all are no fun when the pic doesn't show you wearing the clothes!

We have to see how the clothing falls on you...

Well, perhaps we should include here what size you are wearing. That woud help a brother a bit. Twisted Evil
