As the lawyer for this restaurant, I'm concerned that if she becomes inebriated, the cops will end up giving a breathalyzer to her and fifteen tipsy snakes.
I’ll bet Im not the only one who gets this reference to lil Abner comic strip.
I know, I know, suddenly I felt very very old.

I didn't have a clue, still at a bit of a loss if I'm honest.
American newspaper strips don't get much attention over here.
There was Doonsbury in the Guardian, and Hagar the Horrible but that's about it.
There was a movie made about Lil Abner back in the late 50's or early 60's. If I remember correctly it was a terrific musical. L'il Abner was a fictionalized uber-country style movie about a backwoods 'fictional' town. I remember the cartoonist was a former WWII military type but he was a difficult man and made a lot of trouble during his boozy lifetime. Can't think of his name right now, but his comic strip was a big hit in the States, especially with the people who also fought or lived thru the war. I remember there was a fabulous dancer who played a character called "stupefyin' jones", played by Julie Newmar.....she was terrific. If you google anything, google her dance....it was fantastic.
That's right, the odious Al Capp, he was a total pile of poo poo. The movie was released in 1959 and had a terrific cast. I've been trying to pull up Julie Newmar's bit, but have been unlucky. She looked great, but I can't find the scene I was thinking about (Maybe I remember incorrectly).
