About 4 months ago I had an appendectomy to remove my ruptured appendix, with in the last few days I've had the re occurring pain in my right side followed by a fever. Is it possible that it could be happening again or is it just scar tissue?

Definitely go and see your Doctor.

Take Lordys advice, you could have an infection brewing. Don't hesitate, contact your doctor immediately and let them know what is going on.
I maybe sounded a bit abrupt, but it's a case of "been there, done that".
If it is an infection, it is easily remedied, but your Doctor must have a look at you straight away.

Do what Lordyaswas says. Why risk another surgery?

Please check with your operated wound or the rapture area of the appendix has got cleared with infection or wound or find out any scar remaining with it, which may hurt you.
