I think there are too many conflicting stories - even from so-called eye witnesses, so we all need to wait for the grand jury to do their job. They can get all the necessary police record, xray from the hospital, and eye witness reports to determine what happened as best they can. They'll also be able to question the eye witnesses to see if their first reports were accurate or not; something they're going to have to conclude the best they can.
The redacted police report doesn't help; some heads needs to roll.
