@cicerone imposter,
What precipatated the response??? He hit a cop in the face. He committed a strong amed robbery 15 minutes before that. I'm pretty safe in assuming that this man was looking for trouble. Hell, with his demeanor evident on the store video all the officer had to do was say anything to this thug and as far as Brown was concerened the fight was on.

@giujohn,
Do you understand anything about waiting for facts?

From the Washington Post.
Quote:
Hospital X-rays of the injury have been taken and will be shared with a grand jury that is weighing evidence to determine whether Officer Darren Wilson should be charged in the shooting, said the friend, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because of fear of threats. The friend has been in contact with Wilson’s family members.

@cicerone imposter,
Yes thats veReported by the LA Times.

Quote:

Dorian Johnson

A 22-year-old Ferguson resident and friend of Brown, Johnson said he was walking alongside the 18-year-old on Aug. 9 when Wilson drove alongside them in a police car and ordered them to "get the eff onto the sidewalk."

A brief argument erupted, but Wilson then appeared to drive off, Johnson has said. Seconds later, Wilson pulled the car in front of both Brown and Johnson and flung his door open, striking both men.

Johnson said Wilson then thrust his arm through the open window of the car and grabbed Brown by the neck. After a brief struggle, Wilson drew his firearm and threatened to shoot Brown, Johnson said.

Wilson fired once, wounding Brown, and the two friends started running, Johnson said.

But Wilson continued to fire, according to Johnson, fatally wounding Brown. Autopsies have shown Brown was shot six times.

Very clever...you post this stuff but technically you never said anything. I get it. Well played Sir, ya got me. (IS THAT WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR?)

@giujohn,
I'm not 'clever;' just reporting what the LA Times reported, because that media has some credibility.

I wasn't there; like everybody else, all I can do is to depend on reputable sources for information.

What I don't do is believe FAUX SNOOZE.

@giujohn,
No. Don't you understand English? I use sources I believe are dependable.
If you think their articles are wrong, show proof from reputable sources that they are. Otherwise, go **** yourself. You're a waste of time, and you're now on IGNORE.

@cicerone imposter,
The witness said they were running away. How do you explain that Brown was shot in the front of his body. According to the doctor who examined his body no shots in the back. But as I have been saying wait for the jury verdict.

@RABEL222,
I think there are too many conflicting stories - even from so-called eye witnesses, so we all need to wait for the grand jury to do their job. They can get all the necessary police record, xray from the hospital, and eye witness reports to determine what happened as best they can. They'll also be able to question the eye witnesses to see if their first reports were accurate or not; something they're going to have to conclude the best they can.

The redacted police report doesn't help; some heads needs to roll.

there you go again, redefining words

The two-page document is almost entirely blank.

blank and redacted are two very different things.

Right you are. Wait for the facts and the jury verdict. What we are all doing is pure speculation without all the facts.

@giujohn,
Ferguson police say teen shot by cop was suspect in robbery; officer's identity revealed

I deleted what I had written earlier because I see that though the officer did not see the video, they did put out a description of robbery which took place earlier and that could be why the officer stopped Brown in the street.

BTW, it's "strong arm robbery" not "strong armed." He wasn't armed which is the whole point.

As I read it, the witnesses said the young men ran away...and then when other shots were fired, turned and raised their hands. Perhaps the shots that hit him in the front were fired at that point.

(Some of the shots MAY have missed! We have no idea of how many shots Wilson fired yet.)

Have you been reading a different account?
