@bobsal u1553115,
It appears that the policemans account I being supported. The forensic evaluation has supported the account of a close order "non defensive" series of wounds that were all at close quarters. This argues against the victims forensic study but can be easily understood since, at the completion of the police's sampling , the body was washed and the victims forensic study was only completed AFTER the washing.
Also, the police study may have removed tissue that was critical in demonstrating powder residue on the victim skin.
SO, what do we have
1the wounds were close quarter face-on
2The wounds to the hand an arm, were "Not consistent with defensife posture or demonstrating that the victim arms were raised"
SO, the possibility was that the victim was ttempting to
either
1wrestle for the officers gun
or 2 was attempting to prevent the officer from drawing his weapon.
Forensics don't clear anything up but do add some credibility to the cops story
(I hd NOT reached any conclusions early in these threads-but was arguing for the completion of the investigation)
