@bobsal u1553115,
Yeah I get that people come up with stuff to deface BLM. I don't know why, the group does plenty to deface themselves without help, as I showed I pointed out before with whoever it was whining about fox. We can do another post the racist BLM guy this video or the fry pigs like bacon video or the riot videos, but I'm starting to get the feeling you guys just turn a blind eye to what you don't like seeing or don't have an answer for.

@tony5732,
Raping by anyone should be punish but you are right a cop raping someone if he did so say zero about cops as a whole anymore then a black man raping someone said anything about all black males.

@BillRM,
TonyRM, cops shouldn't be broad brushed but BLM can. You repeat the crap about black on black killing never ever mentioning white on white killing, white on black killing.

Hypocrite.

@bobsal u1553115,
White of white killings are far far less then black on black killings and in a nation of 350 millions the numbers of whites killing blacks is very very tiny indeed not that you would know that fact if you listen to the BLM nonsense.

Once more by the CDC numbers young white males reasons for dying is first accidents and then diseases and then and only then homicides while for young black men the first reason for not reaching adulthood is homicides by mainly others blacks.

@bobsal u1553115,
I was waiting for you to make that point! No, BLM shouldn't be broad brushed based on what individuals say. The entire organization says the same things though. When there was a parade of BLM activists saying fry pigs like bacon, the entire organization stood behind it. When BLM came up with the name BLACK lives matter, the organization stood behind it and made NO apology. When BLM chooses to support only black criminals caught in situations with white officers, the entire organization stands behind it. When a cop is found guilty of a crime, he is removed from his organization. When a cop is taking pictures at a KKK meeting, he is removed from the organization, because he is not representing what the force represents. You can't say the same for BLM. I never mentioned black on black killing ONCE btw, so don't put my name on that.

@oralloy,
Do you have any examples that show blacks are only treated unfairly because they murder police officers?

Huh.... The news reports I read said only a few people in the parade where chanting that and most of those involved did not stand behind it.

The overreaction was from the Police union.

Quote:
Turner asserted those taking offense to the chant are overreacting, because it was being recited by a small group of protesters for a short time, and wasn't something heard throughout the entire march by a larger number of protesters.

He also pointed out that Commander Joshua Lagoe laughed it off at the time, telling protesters, "police like bacon too." Lagoe's initial reaction was documented on Twitter by Minnesota Public Radio's Tim Nelson.

"Commander Lagoe kind made light of the situation. I think the situation got blown out of proportion after that," Turner remarked.

OMG. Really? You just said that every police officer found guilty of a crime is removed from his job? Do you understand what misdemeanors are and that being convicted doesn't lose one their job as a police officer unless it violates some other performance guideline. Of course you are ignoring the fact that in some cases police officers just hide the crime so they aren't convicted and keep their jobs.

I see. So cops that infiltrate KKK meetings are removed from their jobs but cops that infiltrate Occupy Wallstreet meetings are promoted. That says a lot about either you or about the police. I hope it is only you.

@parados,
That's the point.
Not being racist IS a guideline for police. Not so for BLM.
Not robbing a store is a guideline for police. BLM? That's laughable.
Protecting people is a oath for police. BLM watches as looters rob and burn business and and says.......

The "hiding crime" thing is non existent. If there is no proof there is no case, for thugs, cops, or thug cops, or cop hating thugs. Lots of people get away with things from that loophole.

@parados,
There's the video, again, that is a huge number of people. And yes everyone is standing behind it. It looks to me like that is the head of the parade with the police cars right in front of the chant leader. There's the parade and everyone following the lady saying fry pigs like bacon, with their Black Lives Matter sign.

Yet one or two racist signs at a Tea Party rally and the whole group is racist?

My my you do not think that the tea party members as a group tend to be far more racist and religion intolerance then a random sampling of non-tea party members?

Strange as Trump and Carson right now seems to be playing to that subset of the population with both racial and religion intolerance comments and doing damn well with them as a result.

Keep telling yourself that. You guys would post a pic with one sign in it, and then talk about how the other people there, and there were hundreds at some of these rallies, were all racists.

I haven't posted any footage of the BLM crowds, so I'm not sure why you linked me on this one.

You just spam everything you can get your hands on that show the police doing something. Sometimes these video's don't even come close to showing what you think they should show.

I have never said you were completely wrong, just a very strong bias against the cops. Do I think you hate cops? Yes, I do think you hate cops but don't have the balls to admit it. Good cops for you are the minority. Bad cops are the majority and you haven't stopped to say anything about the dead cops that have been shot in cold blood. You still praise Mike Brown.

LANCASTER — Lancaster Police Chief Cynthia Wilson on administrative leave Thursday after Wilson put an officer on active duty during an ongoing use of force probe, the City revealed Friday.

The investigation into an officer’s use of force stemmed from a pedestrian stop in the early morning hours of Aug. 17, when a Lancaster lieutenant stopped a man walking on Pleasant Run Road.

The officer, Michael Fine, used his Taser in the incident, which was caught on tape. During an investigation launched by Lancaster city officials, Chief Wilson said the incident was a violation of policy, according to Lancaster City Manager Opal Mauldin-Robertson.

Video of the incident, released to the media Friday, shows Fine park his patrol car and approach a black man in a hooded sweatshirt. He approaches the man with his Taser drawn.

Fine appears to put the man in handcuffs and pushes him against the hood of the police vehicle.

Lancaster police chief Cynthia Wilson is on leave after reinstating an officer during an ongoing investigation. Demond Fernandez reports.

Fine uses his Taser on while trying to place the man in handcuffs. A verbal exchange is heard off camera, in which the officer tells the pedestrian, Alexander Tucker, he was "resisting" while being "detained."

Tucker asks the officer why he was being detained.

Fine can be heard explaining to other officers, “He's walking past here and he's got this dark hoodie on, and so I just pulled up to talk to him. Walking around at night with a dark hoodie on."

Texas Rangers and Dallas County officials were asked to assist in the investigation. On Sept. 10, both the Dallas County assistant district attorney and the Texas Rangers reviewed the video and said Fine “acted appropriately” during the stop.

Wilson reinstated Fine on Sept. 11, two weeks after saying he had violated policy, Mauldin-Robertson said. The city manager called Wilson's actions inconsistent with what administrators previously agreed upon. The investigation was not completed until Sept. 14.

Wilson was placed on paid administrative leave, pending an investigation by the Texas Rangers, the FBI and a “separate municipal organization,” Mauldin-Robertson said.

“This leave is in an effort to avoid any questions or concerns regarding inappropriate conduct or the appearance of inappropriate conduct or behavior involving our officer and the chief,” she said.

Mauldin-Robertson called the video of the pedestrian stop “disturbing” and said a more thorough investigation will be conducted into the city’s policy.

LANCASTER — The police chief here will be paid to stay at home while investigators sort out how and why she returned an officer to work not long after the chief had called the cop’s use-of-force on a suspect “egregious,” the city manager said.

Opal Mauldin-Robertson placed Chief Cheryl Wilson on administrative leave on Thursday. The city manager faulted Wilson for being “inconsistent with agreed upon directives” between her and city officials.

Wilson, who had confirmed Friday morning that she was on leave, did not respond to a call seeking comment after Mauldin-Robertson’s 5-minute-long Friday evening news conference. Wilson’s attorney also didn’t respond to a request for comment after he had said Friday morning that he was waiting to hear why Wilson was on leave.

City officials did provide video of the incident in question.

[WARNING: Video contains explicit language]

Lt. Michael Fine is seen in the dash cam video after he pulls his squad car over and confronts Alexander Tucker on Aug. 17 on the sidewalk in the 900 block of W. Pleasant Road. Tucker asks continuously why he is being detained and doesn’t get a straight answer. Fine told Tucker he would “get Tased” if he didn’t obey.

Tucker, who is black, didn’t cooperate and passively kept his left hand in his hooded sweatshirt pocket. Fine tried to pull the hand out and put it on his squad car hood.

After Tucker, 27, continued to passively resist Fine and ask what he was doing wrong, Fine zaps Tucker once with his stun gun.

Fine then tells Tucker that he is being charged with resisting arrest. When Tucker asks why what arrest he was resisting, Fine told him he wasn’t going to talk to him anymore.

Mauldin-Robertson said that the next day, Wilson told her, Assistant City Manager Rona Stringfellow and City Attorney Bob Hager that the incident was “serious, and appeared to, at a minimum, violate our policy.”

Fine was reassigned pending an administrative review about whether he justifiably used his Taser. The department’s Taser instructor later said he used it appropriately, Mauldin-Robertson said.

Two weeks later, Wilson met with the mayor and Mauldin-Robertson to watch the video together. Mauldin-Robertson said Wilson agreed to keep them updated.

But after a Dallas County prosecutor and a Texas Ranger both said the officer was justified in stopping Tucker, Wilson returned Fine to his regular duty. Mauldin-Robertson said Friday the investigation had not been completed.

Mauldin-Robertson said Wilson, who became chief in 2013 after a career with the Dallas County Sheriff’s Department, waited five days to tell her the officer had been exonerated and returned to regular duty.

Mauldin-Robertson said Wilson’s decision to return Fine to the job “without any actions or recourse caused some questions and concerns regarding the completeness and independent review of this matter.” She said Wilson would remain on leave until those questions could be answered.

Mauldin-Robertson then ignored reporters’ questions after the news conference.
