Sure people are going to take those kinds of jobs.......

Dream on as one US farmer after another will go belly up and many billions go south to Mexico and other nations to purchase food.

Bad bad idea in so many ways trying to force needed labor out of the nation while at the same time throwing hundreds of thousands of minor US citizens on our tax roles under the foster care system as when you drag the parents out of their homes that does not mean that they will all take their US citizens children with them.

footnote I live in south florida and within a mile or so there are Mexicans working in the field and if you are able to kicked them out their placed will not be taken by US citizens

The businesses such as small restaurants/bars and so on that served their needs will also shut down so the employment figures for my area will go down not up.

Mistrial for Alabama police officer charged after throwing Indian man

Source: Reuters

A U.S. judge declared a mistrial on Friday in the case of an Alabama policeman on trial for violating an Indian man's rights by throwing him to the ground and injuring him badly during an encounter captured on video, local media reported.

Eric Parker, 26, was tried in federal court on accusations that he used unreasonable force while a police officer in Madison, Alabama, during the February incident.

A jury in Huntsville, Alabama deadlocked on whether to convict or acquit him of a single charge of depriving an Indian grandfather of his civil rights, according to television station WHNT and local news website AL.com.

If convicted, Parker would have faced up to 10 years in prison.

New Mexico officers plead not guilty to murder in shooting

FILE - In this Aug. 18, 2015 file photo, former Albuquerque Police detective Keith Sandy, left, and Officer Dominique Perez speak with attorneys during a preliminary hearing in Albuquerque, N.M., on Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2015. They are expected to be arraigned Friday, Sept. 11, 2015 on second-degree murder charges in the on-duty shooting death of a homeless man who authorities say suffered from mental illness.

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) — An Albuquerque police officer and retired detective who killed a homeless man last year pleaded not guilty Friday to second-degree murder charges stemming from the on-duty shooting death that led to protests and police reforms in New Mexico's largest city.

Officer Dominique Perez and now-retired Detective Keith Sandy appeared at the arraignment hearing in Second District Court. Neither has spent any time in custody.

On Friday, Judge Judith Nakamura ordered the men to be booked at an Albuquerque detention center by next week, but not held. Prosecutors did not object.

"No one should take away that they received any special treatment," Perez's attorney Luis Robles said, noting the judge's decision followed proper legal standards, given neither officer had a prior criminal record. "The state has to show the defendant is a danger to our community or a flight risk."

Ex-Cop Pleads Guilty to Violating Missouri Teen's Rights

Ex-Cop Pleads Guilty to Violating Missouri Teen's Rights
By The Associated Press
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Sep 11, 2015, 4:40 PM ET

A former Missouri police officer has pleaded guilty to violating the constitutional rights of a minor by deliberately dropping the restrained teenager face-first onto the ground.

Federal prosecutors in Kansas City on Friday announced that former Independence officer Timothy Runnels admitted his role in a Sept. 14, 2014, confrontation with 17-year-old Bryce Masters.

Prosecutors say Runnels used a stun gun on Masters during a traffic stop even though the youth was not a threat. Masters then dropped Masters face-first while he was restrained. Masters went into cardiac arrest and was placed in a medically induced coma and treated for lack of oxygen to the brain.

Runnels was indicted in March on four federal charges accusing him of using excessive force and hindering the police department's investigation of the incident.

Missouri Cop Indicted for Attacking Teen Trying to Video Record Traffic Stop, Leaving Him in Coma
Carlos Miller March 27, 2015

A Missouri cop who left a teenager in a coma last year after the young man attempted to video record a traffic stop was indicted by a federal grand jury Thursday.

It was a rare decision considering grand juries tend to believe cops can get away with murder. But the victim in this case, Bryce Masters, is the son of a Kansas City cop.

Independence police officer Tim Runnels, a former Kansas City cop himself, was indicted on two counts, but details will remain sealed until Monday, when he makes his first court appearance.

The court will also likely release video evidence against Runnels, including the one recorded from Bryce’s phone as well as the footage from his own dash cam.

Samuel DuBose shooting was due to 'critical errors in judgment', says report

Source: The Guardian

The fatal shooting of an unarmed black man by a former University of Cincinnati police officer occurred as a result of “critical errors in judgment” and “poor police tactics” by the officer who killed him, according to an independent report released Friday.

Samuel DuBose was fatally shot on 19 July by officer Ray Tensing, 26, of the University of Cincinnati’s police department during a routine off-campus traffic stop. Tensing has since been charged with murder, and a trial is expected to begin later this year. He was summarily fired.

The 69-page report released Friday follows an investigation by Kroll Inc, an investigative firm retained by the university to conduct an independent review of the shooting and analyze conduct by UC personnel in wake of the incident, which sparked a series of impassioned protests.

The report focuses on Tensing’s initial tactics, demeanor and approach with DuBose, following what Kroll said was a “lawful and justified traffic stop” for not having a front license plate.

Cop's 'Friendly' Sentence Sums Up The Police Abuse Epidemic

"“Can you tell me why I’m being arrested?” Hamza Jeylani asks an officer in a video captured on his cell phone.

“Because I feel like arresting you,” the officer, who the American Civil Liberties Union identifies as Officer Rod Webber, replies in the short video.

This exchange happens after Webber calmly threatens Jeylani, who does not appear to be offering any resistance whatsoever. “Plain and simple,” Webber tells Jeylani, “if you **** with me I’m going to break your legs before you even get a chance to run.”

According to the ACLU, Jeylani and four of his friends — all of whom are black teenagers — were pulled over after making a U-turn in a parking lot in South Minneapolis. The four young men had been playing basketball at a YMCA. Despite Officer Webber’s statement that Jeylani was arrested because the cop felt like arresting him, the police claim that they suspected the four youth of stealing the car they were driving."

@BillRM,
No dream here. I don't know why people think our workforce will be crippled if we deport. Companies won't just close down and stop making money because there isn't any people to staff low skill level jobs. Hispanics tested this theory before by having a "walk out" in 2006 and boycotted work for a day. Nothing happened, business went on as usual, hours got picked up and that never happened again. Most people never heard of it.

The Great American Boycott (Spanish: El Gran Paro Estadounidense, lit. "the Great American Strike") was a one-day boycott of United States schools and businesses by immigrants in the United States, of mostly Latin American origin that took place on May 1, 2006.

The date was chosen by boycott organizers to coincide with May Day, the International Workers Day observed as a national holiday in Asia, most of Europe, and Mexico, but not officially recognized in the United States due to its Communist associations.[1][2][3]

As a continuation of the 2006 U.S. immigration reform protests, the organizers called for supporters to abstain from buying, selling, working, and attending school, in order to attempt to demonstrate through the extent to which the labor obtained of illegal immigrants is needed. Supporters of the boycott rallied in major cities across the U.S. to demand general amnesty and legalization programs for illegal aliens. For this reason, the day is referred to as A Day Without an Immigrant in reference to the 2004 political satire film A Day Without a Mexican.[citation needed]

Though some demonstrations were peaceful, a Vista, California rally took a violent turn at day's end when crowds began throwing rocks and bottles at sheriff's deputies. There were also two arrests made at a demonstration in Los Angeles's MacArthur Park.[4] A stabbing that occurred near the location of the march in San Jose, California, may or may not have been related to the day's events.[5]

While the economic effects of the boycott are unknown, most initial reports indicated that the boycott failed to halt "business as usual".

In a show of solidarity, internationally, labor unions and other groups engaged in a one-day boycott of U.S. products called the "Nothing Gringo Boycott", particularly in Mexico and Central American countries.[6] It was later reported that this boycott had little, if any, effect on the U.S. economy.[7] Demonstrations were also held in major cities across Mexico.[8]

@tony5732,
Well I am happy for you that you think you can removed part of the nation labor force that is equal the total populations of the city of New York and the city of Chicago by force and not cause complete chaos for a decade or more.

The illegals have been accumulating since the last Amnesty.

Quote:
The Pew Hispanic Center found that 35 percent of adult illegal immigrants have lived in the U.S. for 15 years or more, a figure that has more than doubled since 2000. That year, just 16 percent had resided in the U.S. for at least 15 years.

And 28 percent of adult illegal immigrants have been in America for 10 to 14 years, 22 percent for five to nine years and only 15 percent for less than five years, Pew said.

So you cant assume that they are low wage low skill workers.

If I were king I would allow no welfare, no college aid, no job training to illegals. If they dont like it here they can go home. I would also allow 200,000 a year to become citizens.

@BillRM,
Chaos? We are overpopulated, and getting more populated every day. We really do not "need" anybody. We need less people and more jobs. As technology gets better less people will be required to get things done, and we have more and more people coming into our ultra dry job market as is. That's what is going to cause chaos. The poorer the the people the worse the situation gets. Look at Ferguson.

Overpopulated is what sense are we overpopulated and without those "evil" foreign workers the average age of the workforce would be even older then it now happen to be causing all kind of problems similar to the problems Japan is now looking at. Such problems as a high ratio of elderly to current workers.

Hell without new blood coming into the nation we would be below population replacement level.

An what does the behaviors of black US citizens have to do with mainly Latin foreign workers?

Hell in the last forty years or so that I had been living in south florida there had been any numbers of very large scale riots by our black citizens but only one repeat one small riot by the Puerto Rican Community and they was all citizens of the US.

@BillRM,
No one said anything about evil this time. For the most part, illegals are just coming here to bust their ass and provide for their families. I don't hate them or blame them for that. I actually admire them, being able to come here illegally and work and provide for themselves without paperwork; while we have US citizens sitting on their ass collecting unemployment and stealing saying how they can't find a job.

It is NOT illegals fault, but US citizens would have more opportunities if they weren't here, and the employers would have to practice better employment and fair pay. If there are holes in the workforce after we get all of the US citizens off their ass and working than we can always allow people to migrate here legally.
