Really David? We are talking about 11 year old kids here. Eleven year old kids aren't much of a match for an average adult.

Many times kids don't fight back because adults can manipulate kids into doing what they want. This is true for both boys and girls who are victims of sexual abuse.

Let 's not conflate the situation
with one of forcible rape. That sort of thing (any violence)

No one shud be coerced into doing anything.
(I even have my doubts about forcing kids to go to school against their will,
but that 's another thread.) Of course we want to defend EVERYONE from rape,
without sabotaging a kid
in regard to his getting lucky the way that I did in the last century.
I regard those experiences as being PRECIOUS ASSETS.

Well, that's the reason I'm confused! What is the correct interpretation of that exchange? I guess anyone with some imagination can come up with many ways to interpret that. I was hoping there would be only one.

Well, given the context in which that explanation was offered, I was assuming one adult leading one child.

If you're hoping there would only be one interpretation, I guess no one has any imagination. Come up with some plausible explanation. I am ready to be corrected.
