I have a dark blood colored bump under the tip of my tongue it doesn't hurt and isn't sore I only feel it because I have noticed it and keep sliding it over my teeth I'm kind of worried . Maybe I cut my tongue on food or something I chewed on I have pictures not sure how to post them here but I have pictures

Go see a doctor or dentist. That will ease your worry.
If its not gone by the time the weekend is over, a doctor or dentist can help you better than any of us can. I say that even though we have several doctors who post here. Nothing beats diagnosis in person.

Only dentist have the solution of your problem, as they have the latest dental equipments by which they can easily handle your problem. So if the problem persists, please visit to the dentist.
