The naked form of a noun

Here's example:
You've told your age in public?
Well now, all the people here know you're a girl, 20, without boyfriend.

The question is whether "without boyfriend" is correct in grammar and logic.
Can you say "without a boyfriend"? It would mean you can have more than one boyfriend in the monogamous society. That is immoral.

@oristarA,
You're over-thinking this. Whether or not you place the indefinite article 'a' in the phrase 'without boyfriend' does not alter the meaning of the phrase. Both expressions are correct although the one containing the article is probably used more commonly.
