Diabetes prevention can be managed with following parameters :
• check or diagnose all your body check up with blood, urine & sugar level
• get your check up done every six monthly bases
• do not indulges yourself in stressful or heatic schedule
• eat regularly every after 2 to 3 hours
• drink more of water
• eat more fibrous food
• eat more juice & plenty of fluids
• exercise daily for 15-30 minutes
• do not allow to increase your weight above your body mass index
• do not eat junk or spicy food
• avoid meat & alcohol on regular bases
