Can the terms "tapping to clarity" and "attracting clarity" be used in a context regarding the eyesight? Thank you

Those phrases make no sense in English. In addition to which I've never heard those words put together by American English speakers. It is unclear as to what you might be trying to say.

English speakers might say something like, " Improving clarity of eyesight is usually achieved through the use of prescription spectacles".

Or more simply, "I see clearly with glasses".
