No, although I hear it's beautiful there. I'm using it as the generic term for North and South America, as many Native Americans do. I realize that there are several "Turtle Islands" on the map, including a reserve in Canada and a reservation in ND. The term was used long before the whites arrived here.
Regarding correction of typos by reposting, it's a habit to make myself clear. However, maybe it would stimulate more thought and word play. Thanks for the comments.
