TH3RESA looks the like womans name Theresa (just flip the 3 around to make it an E)
It's a 3 phase trial, hence the 3.
The word "her" is also apparent in there (H3R - HER)
The HER2 stands for human epidermal growth factor receptor 2, using HER also a visual that it is primarily a female disease.
From my brief reading, TH3RESA is related to testing of HER2.
