@JTT,

Which is what I said? I don't mind correction if I am wrong, but please wait until then.

@McTag,
There was no correction. You're too unsure of yourself.

I simply pointed up a potential reason why the original didn't work.

@McTag,
As I said, I simply pointed up a potential reason for the issue at hand. Now where do you want to go with the language issue, McTag?

@weiwei,
We can use "a lot" when the noun is unspoken and understood, Weiwei.

A: Was there a lot of people there?
B: Yes, a lot!

But when used with the noun, we need to use OF.

A lot of (noun) ... .

@JTT,

I believe we are done with the language issue, and that what you wrote is wrong. Read it again carefully.

@McTag,
You're making it clear that dealing with language issues isn't your primary concern.

@JTT,

Have you read it all yet? What you wrote was kind of silly.

@McTag,
You're still making it clear that dealing with language issues isn't your primary concern.

We don't use 'speak' in this context for the meaning you intend, Weiwei. The natural choice would be,

Can we say ... ?

@JTT,
All the threads I see on A2K go fine, except the ones with you in, which all turn to **** in very short order.

And this still needs your attention:

@JTT,

Insults will help your case (what is it anyway?) and your standing not one jot.

Why does your stuff so quickly degenerate into ad-hominem claptrap? Are you so unsure of yourself?

@McTag,
You are a dismally dishonest putz because you never state anything clearly. You play games. You operate by innuendo.

Did you send a personal message to SMickey?

@JTT,

Stop accusing me of silly games. Try to control your paranoia.

No, I didn't send him (?) a message, but I forgot to acknowledge his thanks. I shall do so now.

That is not true JTT. So many times McTag has stated things clearly in English.
Every one, no matter who they are, has limited time and energy. You have the ability to convince people with your excellent English skill. Why not stop insulting others and show us your bright side, JTT?

Two questions:
1) Does "your standing not one jot" mean "your standing having completely lost"?
2) Does "your stuff" mean "what you talk here"?
