I agree. I like my seeds, thankyouverymuch. I'm nuts for nuts. Flax I can ignore.
The flax is the best one, nutritionally, so I read.
I flirted with the idea of trying one of the blood-type diets, as recommended, but in the end I was happy to do my own thing.

Only trust double blind studies. Or, if you're going the logic route, anything with a real study involved at all. Otherwise, you're just shooting the **** with no evidence to back it up.
