You are wrong in two different ways simultaneously.
First, Afghanistan attacked us (they were responsible for 9/11). Therefore our invasion of Afghanistan is a just war of self defense.
Not only that, even if the invasion wasn't self defense, the fact that the invasion was approved by the UN Security Council would still make it 100% legal.
And second, you are using the wrong term for the crime you are alleging. The term you are looking for is "Waging an illegal War of Aggression". The term "Crime Against Humanity" refers to something entirely different.
