Was fairly cold in my home last night. Didn't stay covered. At one point had thought I pulled?, or strained my left leg/thigh muscle. I woke thinking about how I might had pulled a muscle, then noticed how my leg felt fine. But then I had gotten up started moving, walking around. And that's when I started feeling it. My left thigh aching along with the left side of my bottom/rear end/ass. I don't want to look online and search for answers of what I could possibly do to make it feel better because I'm sure I could come across a number of possibilities of the problem I have with my leg/thigh and ways to make it feel better. I'm looking for direct answers with the information I have provided. Call me lazy for not wanting to do my own research of possibilities but I don't want possibilities. When I can ask, giving the information I've given. What do you think I've done to my leg with what I have just mentioned? What should I do about it?
@tontoiam,
I think you should do what we have advised you to do for weeks now.
Go see a doctor.
@tontoiam,
It is the gleutus maximus. Take some ibuprofen. I'll be fine.
@tontoiam,
Stress, depression can have a major impact on a life. I didn't feel like?, no, searching/care to?, no, search for/didn't understand as I should had understood an answer for my pain. Some time passed and I wanted to understand. I searched for answers. Now I understand.
@tontoiam,
If one can understand as mentioned then one will understand my life has been extremely difficult for me. Mentally.
