It's more a news aggregator than an online newspaper.
And with websites in English, French, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, German, Portuguese, and Korean, fed from newspapers from the respective conutries. Additionally, many bloggers contribute on a wide range of topics.

In USA, they've got local editions as well, starting with the HuffPost Chicago and HuffPost New York in 2009. (HuffPost San Francisco since July 12, 2011.)

Huff Post is short for Huffington Post. It was started by Ariana Huffington.
