$190 million? Really? Obama and his Dem goons don't care about $190 million. If they were really serious about security they would have found the money in another budget, say the green energy fiasco.

Maybe you need to take a basic civics class. The President can't move funds budgeted by Congress
for one purpose somewhere else. If that was the case the Congress would have no power.

To suggest such a thing shows you to be willfully ignorant
and then to use your ignorance to blame someone else
for a failure is even more ignorant.
This sentence demonstrates
that Mr. Parados is IGNORANT
of how he can logically use the word "ignorant".

He appears to be IGNORANT of the definition of that word.

Not true. You just dispute the obvious. It is long past the time to give this administration the benefit of the doubt. Their credibility is shot, and your bitch about the Constitution belies the way Obama has abused it.

@Baldimo,
You have no sense of proportion. $1.5+ trillon poured down the rat hole of a war does not compare with the money invested in Solyndra.

You are bringing in race. Liars come in every color, and Obama is a devious, lying piece of ****. It is not my fault most **** is brown, or is that another fact you wish to deny?

@Baldimo,
You don't seem to get it. Money spent by Congress can be allocated elsewhere by Congress since Congress sets the spending. The President can't move money around in the budget unless authorized to do so by Congress.

If we hadn't gone to war in Iraq we wouldn't have spent the money to do so. That would have made it available elsewhere. Congress could have spent it or not spent it which would have reduced our deficits.

Quote:
Why didn't the State Dept move the money to the Benghazi outpost? In the dept they have the ability to prioritize where their money gets spent. How many guards does the Ambassador in Paris have? It is a matter of priority and the State Dept failed to take care of their people.
The State Department didn't have enough money to guard ALL of it's posts as they wanted to. You are now arguing that State knew where attacks were going to occur. They aren't prescient as much as you want to pretend they should have been.

Your opinion is not evidence of anything, Pinkie, other than your stupidity. Evidence is factual and available to be presented to a court of law. Your argument that Obama is "hiding the evidence" is only proof you have none.

No,but they had the money to buy brand new Volts for the diplomats in Paris. And any fool would know where ever Islam is the chances of attacks are greater. especially in the anniversary of 9/11.

Trying to put wings on your bullshit is not working. The only place it is flying is right back in your face.

@coldjoint,
Wait, you are arguing you knew in May of 2012 that the Benghazi mission was going to be attacked in September? Could you provide us with where you made that warning at that time?

We will ignore the fact that you don't understand where Vienna is.

We understand you can't check your sources. And no matter what time of the year it is 9/11 will always be the anniversary of a huge successful terror attack. We know that any month.

And if you knew anything about Islam you would know why the date was chosen.

They bought Volts in Dec of 2011 and you think it somehow relates to Benghazi? Your ability to make **** up goes beyond belief.

Who said they didn't relate to Benghazi? They also relate to Egypt, Tunisia and several other countries. That don't relate ONLY to Benghazi.

@coldjoint,
Time line for the impaired....

Feb 2011 - State Department makes budget request for 2012 fiscal year
Oct 31 2011 - Congress fails to pass appropriation bills on time, pass Continuing resolution to keep funding at same level as previous year.
Nov 2011 Acting under continuing resolution, State Department buys vehicles for Diplomats.
Dec 1, 2011 - story appears about those vehicles being purchased
Dec 17, 2012 - Congress passes appropriations bill cutting State Department budget including a large cut to the embassy security budget request.

May 6, 2014 - The Pink Prevaricator, AKA Pinkie or coldjoint, blames the vehicles purchased in Nov of 2011 for the security failure in Benghazi on Sept 11, 2012 when he claims the money could have been spent on security instead of vehicles.

Here's a link to the emails so everyone can see who is the one bullshitting.

http://www.judicialwatch.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/1919_production-4-17-14.pdf

The emails mention Egypt, Syria, Turkey, Yemen.

The emails go on to say that Khartoum and Tunis embassies are on ordered departure while Tripoli is on down to emergency personnel.

@parados,
From an MSNBC news story.

Quote:
The State Department’s failure to heed warnings and requests for more security by diplomatic staff left the U.S. mission in Benghazi, Libya, and its CIA annex vulnerable to the Sept. 11, 2012 attacks that ultimately took the lives of four Americans, according to an unclassified Senate Intelligence Committee report released Wednesday.

The report, which the committee approved by a voice vote, concluded that the attacks could have been prevented and makes several recommendations for improving security of U.S. diplomatic facilities in areas where U.S. personnel are likely to face threats. It also faults the State Department for not responding to repeated requests for increased security at the facility, and for ignoring incidents prior to the Sept. 11, 2012 attack that indicated Americans there were at risk. The report also states that Stevens himself rejected two offers from General Carter Ham, the head of the U.S. military’s Africa command, for military protection the month before the attacks. The report concludes that the attacks were “likely preventable” had warnings about the “deteriorating security situation” been heeded.

It does mention that Stevens denied military assistance in the month prior to the attack, but if the State dept wanted to post more security then they could have. So yes, there were warning about possible attacks. If this had happened in a more stable country then the surprise would have been believable. Instead it was on Sept 11th in an unstable country. Like I said, how many security personal are there in places like France and the UK? Where do you really think security personal should be posted?

Has anything the President wanted to do been stopped by the silly Constitution or the fact that only Congress can act? Not one damn bit. That is a copout and you know it. Look at immigration, Obama has done plenty on his own without Congress. It's a pick and choose thing with this guy.
