Hello. Some researchers assessed the kitchens of hundreds of schools to check the following: hygiene, sanitation, functionality, and condition of the walls, ceiling, roof, doors, windows, floor, plumbing and wiring. Now I need to put those four words in bold into a title but I can't figure out how:
School kitchen hygienic, sanitary, functional, and physical conditions?
School kitchen hygiene, sanitation, functionality, and condition?
In the first option, would "operational" be a better option and convey the meaning of functionality (capable of serving a purpose well)?
Any better ideas? Thanks very much.
@Doubtful,
When you want to sell something or create an impact, adopt the 'kiss' principle.
Keep
It
Short and
Simple.
Something like.....
How Does Your School Kitchen Rate?
@Lordyaswas,
How Does Your School Kitchen Rate?
That is great, but I'm just the translator. I have to sort of stick to the title the authors have chosen. Also, the article has already been accepted for publication as is, so I can't change it too much.

What title have the authors chosen, and what language are you translating from and to?
@Miss L Toad,
Physical, functional, sanitary, and hygienic conditions of food services of public schools in the Latvian Northeast Region.
I am translating into English.
@Doubtful,
That sounds good, D, I think you've got it.
