For putting some heavy (suicide inducing) worries completely out of my head?

Meditate about going to a doctor and asking for a referral to a psychiatrist as you have a medical problem as serious as appendicitis and it needs to be treated by a licensed professional.

If you really sincerely believe meditation will do the trick then yes, Will, it might help

It's interesting to note in this connection Will, that when I was a kid to meditate meant to thing deeply about something; now it means not to think at all

Meditation is a practice which needs to follow some tips i.e.
First thing is you need to find appropriate time for meditation, like early morning or evening after sunset.
Environment must be peacefully, keep relaxed yourself before going to meditate, eyes should be closed and keep simple smile on your face when you sit for meditation.

And techniques as follow;
1. Breathing
2. Use Imagination Technique
3. Use heart chakra meditation technique
4. Walking

Early mornig is good.
Have ur cup of t or cffe.
Sitting with ur back uprite is best.
or lie down comfortably.

Take 3 deep breaths - relax
TELL URSELF TO RELAX 4 NEXT 5 mts.
breath normally
concentrate on IN & OUT BREATHING
4 just 5 mts.
when ur mind wonders(it will)
just come back to IN & OUT breathing

Esp, Nazi, that cupacoffee. I'm sure if there's a God of the Christian sort that it's She who gave us hops and the coffee bean
