yippee, I'm (oops) We're done!
Y'all had 17 choices to vote for; 18 if I hadn't slammed the door a little early on Safecracker. That is getting close to a record. There were two new players who bluffed and voted and two folks who didn't bluff but did take part in the voting.
So here we go:
1) Taffy's bluff -a nagging cat- fooled Felix;
2) Clary's -a sticky leaf bud - caught onyxelle and Margo;
3) Equus' - laughter causing - got P&L;
4) Feolola's - blossoming - attracted Equus;
5) Mac's - fur like - wasn't warm enough for anyone;
6) littlek's - agreeably rough, animated - was the BIG WINNER; being falsely agreeable to Jespah, Feolola, Safecracker, Diane and Eva;
7) Diane's - muscular spasm - appealed to no one;
8) onyxelle's - rat like & pink - wasn't cute enough;
9) THE CORRECT ANSWER was guessed by Cavfancier, Firstthought, Hiama, ehbeth and Clary;
10) Realjohnboy's - fosillized remains - was a dud;
11) Jespah's - tungsten - made sense to Littlek;
12) Felix's - tom cat - got Taffy excited;
13) Cavfanciers - joke with barbs - caught no one's fancy;
14) Firstthought's - hurling - didn't land on anyone's menu;
15) P&L's - drooling - made Mac salivate;
16) Hiama's - cajun pepper - made no one hungry;
17) ehbeth's - ironic toileting - got flushed.
I used to have a nice little form I devised for keeping track of my round as Dasher. But it disappeared. Please let me know if I have erred.
I'll tabulate the scores as I have them based on the above shortly.
BTW, this round started on Nov 17 and ended 16 days later. If there is an aggressive new Dasher willing to step forward (and bash a few heads, if needed) and if the rest of the players will try to cooperate, we can probably get another round in before we adjourn for the holidays.

At 5 Each: Cavfancier, Firstthought and Littlek;
At 4 Each: Clary and Hiama*;
At 3 : Feolola;
At 2 Each: Taffy, Equus, Jespah and ehbeth;
At 1 Each: Mac, Felix, P&L and Safecracker;
and with 0 points are three wonderful people whose hearts are warm,; whose souls are pure; but, so far, can't seem to do anything right: Diane,
realjohnboy and onyxelle (who is new). But we'll keep trying, won't we?
*There is a little confusion about the 13-point thingee. A game ends when a player gets to or through 13 points. If the winner happens to land on 13 points exactly, his/her score on the first round of the NEXT game gets doubled. Hiama landed on 13 in Firsthought's "Descriptionary" round, ending that game. The one point that he earned in Mac's "Domsietke" should have been doubled to two. This adjustment, which was at my initiative, not Hiama's, is reflected in the scores above.
BTW, potential new players should visit Lola's posting for the explanation of the game way back on page 1 of this thread. It's very concise and current considering the little changes we've made in the last year.
Finally, several of the players here have entered a creative writing contest. See Cavfancier, Eva, onyxelle and realjohnboy go at it. It ain't as much fun as mudwestling but y'all might fin it amusing. I think it's called Storytelling Idol. Thanks again. -rjb-
