It does sounds Scottish. But then gaber- sounds like goober, which could be the beans. Or luna- lunzie for moon Monday or crescent moon- and then there's gaberdine, a fabric. But I'll go with #2.

Scoring quite complicated as both Mac and Jespah guessed the real definition of ECDYSIAST before the game started so they get 3 points each for that in addition to their scores for GABERLUNZIE. Firstthought got the real definition before scoring so is awarded 3 ponts and was not included in the guessing ( seems a bit harsh maybe I should have kept to the spirit and not the words of the rules-can we have a ruling on this for the future please). Cavfancier gussed the real definition during the game and is awarded 2 points so points for the round are:-

Jespah- 3+2=5
Mac=3+0=3
Firsthought=3
Cavfancier=2+1=3
Hiama=2
Margo=1
Peace & Love=1
Eva=1
Equus=0
little k=0
realjohnboy=0
Taffy Le Blanc=0

Making the total scores as follows:-

Mac=11+3=14
Firsthought=8+3=11
Hiama=9+2=11
Jespah=3+3+2=8
Diane=6+0=6
Equus=6+0=6
Peace & Love=5+1=6
Cavfancier=3+2=5
Eva=3+1=4
Little k=4+0=4
Realjohnboy=4+0=4
Sozobe=4+0=4
Zyz=4+0=4
Margo=2+1=3
Cheshire=3+0
Bib=2+0=2
Felix Noir=2+0
Larry BS=2+0=2
Lola=2+0=2
Taffy Le Blanc=2+0=2
Technical=2+0=2

Please check my scoring as its been a while and its a little bit more complicated with the ECDYSIAST round being aborted due to our clever duo of Mac and Jes Very Happy

Just noticed a mistake-please accept my apologies RealJohnBoy-who of course got one point for guessing Jespah's bluff taking his score from 4 to 5 so the corrected total scores are now :-

Mac=11+3=14
Firsthought=8+3=11
Hiama=9+2=11
Jespah=3+3+2=8
Diane=6+0=6
Equus=6+0=6
Peace & Love=5+1=6
Cavfancier=3+2=5
Real John Boy=4+1=5
Eva=3+1=4
Little k=4+0=4
Sozobe=4+0=4
Zyz=4+0=4
Margo=2+1=3
Cheshire=3+0
Bib=2+0=2
Felix Noir=2+0
Larry BS=2+0=2
Lola=2+0=2
Taffy Le Blanc=2+0=2
Technical=2+0=2

If I remember correctly, firstthought could have submitted a bluff definition which might have earned him additional points. He just can't submit an additional "vote". Right?

Excellent round all!
