hiama, I don't think so. I sent zyzzy a pm about a week ago inviting him/her to forward info from this round to me so I could wrap it up. I got no response.
I don't have time right now to reconstruct what has happened but if someone else does, here is where we are:
-1- We know what the votes are. No problem there;
-2- We need to know who posted which bluff, which should be doable with some effort, and;
-3- We need to agree on the correct definition.
Any volunteers? -johnboy-

This site appears to say that Naevus is a birthmark.
http://www.dermnetnz.org/index.html
That means #5 was the correct answer, chosen by a lot of players, but not by me, dadblastit.
I don't think anyone chose my bluff answer, which was #2, ceiling art.

I didn't have a bluff answer this time... zyz posted all of them before I'd submitted mine.

Yours was nice, Equus!

Well, I hope you guys will take my word for this...

I knew what a naevus was, and submitted the correct definition to Zyzzy. I have his PM confirming that I was right, but such things can be faked...so you'll have to believe me until Zyzzy makes it back.

***FORENSIC BALDERDASH***
Here is what I've been able to come up with so far in the absence of any other volunteer to step forward (grump, grump):

Macsm gets 3 points after telling us of her posting to Zyzzy of the correct answer.

2 points each go to hiama, littlek, technorob, 1st Thought, RJB and Sozobe for correctly (did we agree on that?) choosing #5.

RJB gets another point for fooling Visitor with bluff #11.

Lola was fooled by bluff #1. Who fooled her?
Equus fell for #3. Who posted that?
Jespah and P&L went for #8. 2 points for the author of that.
Taffy and Felix meowed for #13 posted by ...?
Biblio and Diane chose #15. Who crafted that entry?

Jespah, I think you offered to be the next Dasher. I suggest you go ahead and start while this gets sorted out. -johnboy-

Do you need for me to start the next round (e. g. give you all a word?)? I'm in NY; won't be home till late Sun. and won't be on for too much longer today. Sorry for the delay.

jespah, early next week would, I'm sure, be fine with everyone.

I'm reminded of the old boardgame called CLUE as I try to figure out who did what in the last round. Remember that game? The murder was committed by Mr Mustard in the Library with a candlestick etc.

I can conclude that Cheshire gets the 2 points for fooling Taffy and Felix with Bluff #13. Forgive me for species stereotyping, but we all know how cats are.

That leaves bluffs #1, #3, #8 and #15 with unclaimed points. There have been postings from a number of you in the last day or so (with some nice things to say, which I appreciate) but no one has claimed the points associated with those bluffs.
So those points must belong to the folks who haven't responded:
Lola, Technorob, 1st Thought, Visitor, Biblio, Diane or Zyzzy

Maybe we should fill up a box with unclaimed points and ship them off to the poor.

We can offer points to the pointless.

In the meantime, ready to start the next round?
