I've read the rules (such as they are!) and gather we have to give definitions for the word.
That's cheating for me because I know what a Caponier is, so I hope I'm still allowed to play. I used to have a Saturday job working in a supemarket in the Poultry/Meat Department. A Caponier is a small French hen. It's extremely succulent with a subtle flavour.
I'm would imagine Francis is rather partial to this particular French bird.

The rules are you send the guess to the dasher, you do not post them on the board.
